Sugar Flowers

My sugar flowers are entirely hand-made - each one colored, sculpted, shaped, and painted petal-by-petal. Many are formed on wires, which allows for particularly large and elaborate designs. They can also be made on toothpicks, with 100% edible components, which is ideal for children’s birthday cakes (and any other occasion!).
